Who Runs This
I’m Daniel Highfield. I spent four years in the U.S. Air Force as a weather forecaster, two years running a ranch, and seven years as a ski instructor. I’m also a business student. Everything here comes from work I’ve done with my own hands — reading the sky, working the land, and living outdoors in every season.
Why “Sari Memorial”
This site is named for Sari — the woman who taught me how to live close to the land. The homestead carries her name and her initials. Everything published here is built in her memory.
